ShortRib1 Information

$1000 minimum which will feed up to 40 people. Each person above 40 up to 65 people will be charged $15 per person + and additional $200 labor fee. For over 65 people, additional labor fee TBD.

Entrées

Choose 2 of the following:
● Cleveland Cheese Steaks with truffle tremor (cheese) served on hoagie roll
● Jumbo Shrimp Tacos with slaw, lime aioli, flour tortilla
● Burger with avocado Quebec cheddar, bacon on a Kaiser roll
● Chicken Quesadilla wild mushrooms, spinach, manchengo cheese

Sides

Choose 1 of the following:
● Fried Potato Nachos w/ goat cheese fondue, bacon, scallions, parmesan, sea salt
● Parmesan & Truffle Fries, Fresh Herbs
● Fresh Tortilla Chips with goat cheese guacamole, and fresh salsa
● Chicken Springrolls with hong kong dipping sauce
● Baby Greens with balsamic aioli, roasted garlic & strawberries

Choose 1 of the following:
● Pound Cake Parfait with berry coulis and sweet cream
